It’s interesting

It’s interesting to chat with Andy. It’s easy to practice English. This is a better way to improve English.

request for a refund

My english level is not good, so I think I could get the 7-day trial period if I clicked on the very-eye-catching orange button which (in my understanding) implied that “hk$53 will be charged after trial period ends”, just like many other apps. I then finished the subscription, but I found that I was really charged by apple without 7 days free. Finally I found that the context of the button was very misleading. Right now, what I want is getting my money back, thank you.

Can’t cancel will automatically paid for one month !

I have joined 7days of trial and I deleted this app 24 hours before my trial has ended and I have changed my iTunes payment method to none. However, I received a bill of iTunes subscription of this app for one month and I meed to pay 53HKD. I have no idea what had happened.
