The chat from Customer representative took more than 10-15 mins of waiting time to response and sometime even beyond 40 mins. This is totally unacceptable to put customer waiting and wasting customer time. It feels like McD HK is purposely trying to make it difficult for customer to feedback and give up. The app is also poorly designed compared to the previous app and lost some of its earlier function. The app should have a proper contact us which is easy to use and access and not make it a hassle and a pain to the customer. Maybe this is the culture of McD HK to deal with the customer which is far worst than any of other McD globally. One word describe it all - pathetic!

After choosing menu using coupon, the shopping cart did not pop up. There is also no shopping cart icon. The issue still there when I add other items first, the shopping cart still cannot show the item added through coupon.

It is really frustrating to use the app when encountering this thing. Mcd team and umain team please help to fix the issue. Thank you!

same as title, to save me some time on ordering everything. Also the option of the order (take away or dine in) could be all lay out and allowing us to choose directly instead of using a sub menu design while “dine in table service” is with “pick up/dine in” on the page directly. (On HK). Also, I believe the way to assess the nutrition label could be improved, because the website keeps asking me to use the app, I’m on the app😀😂😂
