Cannot Connect device
I’ve tired to update or reinstalled the app. Still, when I tired to print in ‘main’, it said that my device is not connected: ‘ please connect the device first.’
I’m not so sure what is happening, but it can works in other domains such as text mode and sticky notes. It is so strange that you can work on some other domains but saying that my device is not connected...
please help!

I am using iPhone XS, iOS 12.1 the updated version

We have tested it work fine on iOS12.1, It is recommended to reinstall the app.
It not convenient
Why it can’t stay in the background??!! Whenever I switch from Paperang to other apps and switch back, it has to reopen every time.
Cannot connect on iphone xs
Just tried, it just kept on saying could not detect my device( iphone xs iso13.3). I tried it on my andriod devices and it worked pretty well! Please follow up the issue on ios 13.3 plz
