Bug found in the recent update version

l have cards with level 5 in my card collection but they become level 3 when they appear during the battle, and their abilities are reduced to level 3 as well. I don't know why and it has
not happened before.
Hope there is a fix for this problem as this game is always updated without any serious problems like this before. I guess this is an exceptional case. I have played this game for years and it is a
game I visit every day. It would be very disappointing if the game
cannot be fixed.

We're almost certain that it's not a bug but a situation related to the recent changes we've introduced to the Ranked mode.
Would you please check this page and let me know if this might be the case?

Think twice before downloading

The only thing worth mentioning is the music and graphic, and apart from that it’s beyond remedy. I believe that this game is designed to be a pay-to-win. First of all, you can only clear the campaign for once, and then no more award (cards) will appear, this makes gathering card really difficult. Secondly, there’s no balance in the arena, because it is extremely hard for this game to distinguish between players with different level of decks. The gap between rare, epic, and common cards is so huge that your excellence skill never makes up for it. It’s been one year since I first downloaded this game but nothing has changed, so you can choose to believe the 5-star comments (which were probably talking from experience of one hour playing or so) and find out you’re wasting time/money later on, or simply ditch this game now.

Brilliant but pay-to-win game

Brilliant game but pay to win aspect is a bit too much when the opponent will absolutely mop the floor with your face with same deck upgraded to 3 stars ... hope they can also add a “fair” mode.
1 flaw short of a perfect game. Would have paid too if they don’t charge this much for rubies :p
