Still bugged

Printer not respond when print via app
Data error occurs all the time and not helped even closed the app and camera

Didn’t work at all

I understand that the developers are working on a new version of the app for iOS11, but according to the website, the update should’ve been done by the end of Dec, and now it’s still not working. Can’t print anything via the app, I’ve tried every single solution I could find online, the live chat support on the official website is a joke, I was no.1 in the queue for 30mins....
Please fix this!
