Unable to play the game after update

I’m stuck at the loading screen
Like the screen after the Naruto x Boruto ninja voltage touch start screen, after I touched it, it just sticks there and I can’t do anything. I even made a video about it. I waited for 10 more minutes and it still won’t load.
I really enjoy playing this game and I want to keep making videos about. Please fix this bug.

Game Problem

Please fix the game as many of us can’t load the game. I am using iPhone X. The more time you delay, more player may quit the game.

Rubbish team of Bandai what a waste of time

The updated version of surprise attack mission is totally rubbish. It requires manual player to spend tons of hours or days to play the same thing over and over again to get rewards. It only benefits the player with hacks so that they could play the game automatically and get all the rewards. Would the team mind fixing the system so that all player could be beneficial?
