Need improvement

It’s hard to get through to make an appointment by phone, so the app is helpful.
But I can’t find a way to modify the set appointment time?

Thank you for using our app and glad to know that you found our app helpful :-) . For modifying the appointment time, please cancel the current one and make a new appointment. Thanks.

Lower than trash

To the one managing the app: Merge the login with Bupa, no one wants a login to just quality healthcare no one knows you if you’re not with bupa, just one account is enough no need so redundant. For booking, it’s there but no doctor is available forever, reminds me of a traffic light in an abandoned town, is there but totally useless. E-queue, took ticket to skip queue, or go to clinic and queue again? Is the one managing the app pure dumb? Or has an IQ of 39? Last but not least, I’m so sick I need to see a doctor but first let’s create an account. Seriously?

May the lead who manages this app gets kidney failure.

Garbage

Absolute garbage. Couldn’t even sign in.

I needed to reset my password. The sign-in screen would not accept my new password. It told me password was incorrect. I had to reset it 3 times. Each time I was told it was incorrect, after I had just reset it.

There is no option to contact the application for help, there is no Help section or anything like that. When I click on Application Support option I am transferred to the page which is all in Chinese. No option to switch to English. ARE YOU SERIOUS????

Absolutely ridiculous how bad this app is with absolutely no consideration for the user and a guarantee to waste a lot of your time without not even letting you sign in. If there were negative starts I would give it minus 10.
