Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We’re not a glorified Pomodoro timer or calendar. We’re a science-based digital program, here to help you manage your ADHD/ADD.

Inflow is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), proven to be effective in the management of ADHD/ADD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).

The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your trial ends, the rest of your trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Good info but feel it would be better structured as a podcast series

Tried the trial and listened to numerous modules over an hour or so. The info would be good for those new to ADHD but for those of us living with it longer term we’ve likely unconsciously implemented many of the discussed strategies to get by anyway. Clicking next on each module became annoying and feel like it would be much better suited as a podcast series rather than what feels like an app ‘cash grab’
