Cute app but little confusing

The app is clear and cute but there is one thing that confused me. I don’t understand the completion rate. It displays 100% sometimes although i haven’t done all of the tasks.

dont know how to change language

I downloaded today but I'm Chinese and cannot read Korean. How can I change the language setting?thanks
