Inspired by the iconic food markets of Asia and Europe with their vibrant atmosphere and fresh produce, The Market's open kitchens serve the finest international classics, all prepared by chefs from their respective countries.
Master Chefs from the seven open kitchens concoct a range of delectable cuisine, including Singaporean, Chinese, Malay, Indian, Thai, Japanese, South East Asian and Western cuisine, to feast different taste buds.
Quality seafood and authentic regional specialties such as the much lauded durian desserts are among the favorites.

GREEN
A café by morning and a Brasserie the rest of the day, GREEN is a sleek spot for a drink or a few simple dishes, located under one of Asia’s largest vertical gardens.
Pastries, croissants & illy coffee and TeaWG tea in the cafe by morning give way to impeccable Brasserie classics the rest of the day.
GREEN celebrates Asian regional specialties and exquisite pastries.
Favorites from around the region include the Hainanese Chicken, Laksa Lemak, and Thai Red Curry Chicken, along with street food trays such as the Thai Chicken Wings and Malaysian Satay.
