Not fair

I really Love this Poppo in every way, however once I have had join my agency I felt really unfair treatment, because the admin cannot decide whether they will approve “The Quitting Agency,
I applied so many times quitting my Agency because never help me in the process. I just don’t understand why Poppo admin cannot decide to release to those people who love Poppo but hate the agent.
Hopefully many people learn not to anyhow join the agency without investigating because once you been join Poppo admin never care anymore whether you don’t like your or you like. And again I hope poppo treat fair between agency and the member.

About rules

This app is good,,but don't allow us to quit agency if we want to. They said it was their rules..You should also give members the freedom if we want to leave the agency who doesn't care about us members.. The agents earn from us members who spend our own money to recharge coins. Sometimes if the agent's earning lower than the previous month,the agent will complain to us why,, which is not good when the agent doesn't even care about us anymore after joining their agency.. I suggest you should send us reminders about your rules that we can't leave agency until the agent agrees before we join agency we aren't familiar with. Thank you
