Minor bug fixes, and performance improvements

Hope some bugs can be fixed

Playing the alien event, I encountered some bugs, such as having missions to level up chefs, delivery service to a higher level than the possible maximum level of that game setting!!! These missions can never be completed, seriously impairing the game progress!!!
