Currency Conversion

App is easy to use but I would suggest they add a currency conversion button in the app. ( for some reason this function is only available on the web version).

I found fake item from YOOX

I was online shopping from Yoox several times but I found 3 product fake. Item which one MSGM brand shirt and 2 dolce and gabbana shirt when I wore and wash color totally discolored. I really upset and dissatisfied with Yoox please don’t scam and fraud with customers. Thanks! If next time I get my item fake then I will case you. please delivery authentic product and delivery as soon as possible.

Website experience could be improved

I’m a regular yoox shopper, but the website experience really could be improved. Here a few things I come across regularly:
- Filters don’t always work
- When I search by brand with no other filters, not all available items of that brand come up (I know because I have articles saved in my favourites that don’t come up in the search and yet they’re still available)
- Same article on same day is displayed multiple times at different prices for same size and colour
- Front page never suggests looks based on my brand search or shopping habits (experience isn’t customised at all).
- Not possible to filter on multiple combinations of categories and subcategories.
- Not sure how to try shoes on through My yoox mirror
