THE OUTNET: UP TO 70% OFF 4+

I used to love shopping on outnet, my favourite in fact. However since YOOX acquired outnet and re done the apps, it is hard to shop here. First there is no detailed size indication anymore, how can u buy a pair of shoes without knowing if the size is true? Second, not possible to click the brand name so u can navigate all items of this brand when u looking at a item. Third, from Monday to Friday at 6pm HK time, there is new items in. This case is no longer there as u can see they put the old items mixed up which is so unprofessional. If all these changes are asked by YOOX, I must say it is pity and BIG mistake. The idea is terrible and I checked YOOX, no size indication as well. Basically the people there have no idea how to online shopping, then we will find other online apps.

I used to love shopping on the Outnet app, it was so easy to navigate and so user friendly with all the sizing information. This new update is truly awful, not only have we lost all the sizing info and detailed product descriptions plus it’s so much less convenient to navigate (eg when looking at one thing you can’t even click on the brand to see all the other products from that brand). Pls bring back the old app, it was working perfectly fine!

I’ve been enjoying my shopping on OUTNET. But the platform really has the slowest delivery compared to its peers like Mytheresa, SSENSE, Shopbop, and all other luxury websites. An order could take up to 7 days to be delivered - and I would say it’s unreasonably long considering OUTNET isn’t a cheap platform, not to mention that the platform has quite a threshold for free delivery. I would rather shop at other platforms if I find the same items (even if they are higher-price) just coz I could expect to receive my order within a week instead of waiting my order to get out of the warehouse within a week.
