How to share with family?

Have installed the apps in other family members phone but required to purchase the license again. How can I share this with my other family members?

Hi, Thanks for getting in touch. Actually, the family sharing in apps on Apple App store works only for the paid apps and not for in-app purchase in any app. Enpass is already a free app with an In-App purchase, and according to Apple's guidelines for Family sharing, In-App Purchases for any app can't be shared via family sharing. Face ID login

Great app for storing passwords, very easy to use.

But the FaceID login is gone after I updated to the latest version, is it supposed to be like that or it’s a bug?

lost pro license

I am a long time paid user. after installing the latest version, I can only see 25 items in my vault .

i already a pro user with previous purchase from itunes. the problem is when i register, then i lost the pro license and can only see 25 items.
by the way, can i use any email address to register for multiple platform access?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies for the trouble.

To restore the previous purchase, please take the backup of Enpass data first (save it locally) and then reinstall Enpass again from the Store. Now restore the existing data saved locally. Let us know if you still getting access to only 25 items at support@enpass.io so that we can help you better.

by the way, can I use any email address to register for multiple platform access?- Yes, being an existing pro user, you can avail Enpass all existing features on other devices as well. To do so, please register with Enpass on that device with the same email account with which you purchased the Enpass app earlier.
