Terrible for overseas branches worker

Terrible Apps for overseas users. Guess it is never intended outside of US, but I assume a lot of US companies have overseas offices and would the design team ask what those users need? Take twice longer to do expense than using spreadsheets in old days. Would leave a negative rating if possible
