Can’t watch ads to receive rewards. Please fix the issue asap, thanks 🙏

Blinks must be happy to play with it. However, continue some glitches impact the experience. It happened quite often that no ads can be watch to receive rewards, hope you can get this fix asap.
Hope you also add new mini games and continue having new solo schedules to earns awards !

Thank you for sharing with us your honest feedback on the game! We will take a note of it so it can be reviewed for possible improvements. As for not being able to watch ads, try to connect using a different Internet Service Provider which can be done by using your Mobile Data if you're using Wi-Fi and vice versa, and make sure to disable any ads blocker when playing the game.

Problem

Unable to watch all advertisements to speed up 30 mins or get rewards (again)

No sound output to phone speaker (again)

Glitch problem

When I play in Blackpink world there’s always glitches, and it pops me outs of the game too. So I hope yg you can help fix this problem. I love this game!!!
