Noteshelf 3 4+

It would be perfect if there is a mind map or infinite white board feature, instead of just page by page.

I’ve been using Noteshelf for note taking for more than 2 years now. This is because I love the features it provides, however upon switching to Noteshelf 3, the feature where when you press down on a line long enough it would automatically straighten it for you is not present in the new Noteshelf but Noteshelf 2 has it. I would appreciate if you could add this incredibly helpful feature to Noteshelf 3 as it would really enhance our note taking experience! Thanks

We're glad to note you like Noteshelf app. The hold for shapes feature is available even in NS3 app. Double tap on the Pen icon & enable the 'Hold to Convert to Shape' option for the same. Send us an email to Noteshelf[at]fluidtouch.biz if you have any questions.

I have been using different versions of Noteshelf. However this noteshelf 3 version is the worst ever. There is really no point in using this, there are far better options like Goodnotes.

First, if you back up using iCloud, the notes need to be downloaded nearly every single time. Which makes using without Wi-Fi or on plane extremely difficult. This has been a on going problem, but it is going worse

Second, backup on Evernote is not working. The notes are backed up when first created. But not updates and no way to update. And the system will keep sending the files, but not able to open them on a frequent basis. I woke up with 30 notes of the same note on my Evernote, but none of them can be opened

Third, in the previous version noteshlef 2 there were far more templates and the interface like the pencil thickness can be chosen very easily. Now it is not user friendly.

Sorry to note your inconvenience. The notebook re-downloading issue actually occurs only if there is less free space on the device & in your iCloud account or if the app is deleted, these caches will also be deleted. So, please ensure you empty some space on your device (at least twice the amount of the app's size) & in your iCloud account to avoid such issues. About the Evernote issue, we're working on investigating the same as we speak. We will issue a fix as soon as the root cause is identified. Stay tuned to coming updates. If possible, send us an in-app email via the 3-dot icon on the main Shelf→Settings→Noteshelf Help→Compose icon→Send Email option so we can troubleshoot the crashing issues according to your device details. In your email, please also send details regarding the templates that you're missing in NS3 and why the pencil thickness changing is harder to do in NS3 (you just need to long tap on the pen size circles on the mini toolbar, in order to customize the thickness) so we can work on improvising accordingly.
