I like it but I hate it

Mostly I luv the game, but I often—no, always hate it dat I lose energy so quickly by running, do actions and chop stuff, I kinda need to prepare lots of food so dat I could substain energy. I need to spend a lot of emeralds for speeding up stuff. The caves need more torchlight cuz the hyena attacks will become really shocking, and sometimes I couldn’t find my way out of the caves. I’ve already gone to the second island and goes to a complete stop, and I have to wait for the update, so I had to just mill around without a particular goal. There has to be a new storyline quick or else it gets super freaking boring.

I love play games, so I wrote this review to warn our dear gamers. 😥

This game is come up in the similar time as my another game "Survivors: The Quest", I found a serious problem from that game. And concern if the same problem happen to other games.

Please see the story as following:

All my purchased game points cannot use. I experience serious game bugs, my game character cannot move, so the game progress cannot continuous.

I contacted the game developer through their website and emails, but after many times reminders over weeks, they still never reply.

I also tried the worse option to self-fix this problem. I tried to remove the history and play from
beginning, but I found the game developer didn't offer to let us remove the game history. And I confirmed with Apple company, they said to contact the game developer is the only method to fix my problem.

I feel a little worry to try new game apps from this game developer in the future due to they have no customer service, not even after sales service.

I feel really disappointed.
So sad
