Sketchbook‪®‬ 4+

I’ve used this app and its company’s other apps since I was small.

There was an old version of this sketchbook where it is a seperate app from the lite edition, which is blue.

This app evolved a great evolution and turned into this wonderful app we love here.

The brushes give us unlimited possibilities. Although the layer option system is a little confusing for beginners, it’s very nice to try different stuff for free!

You only have to register and there you have! The pro brushes, which are very cool.
Sometimes the app will freeze, but if you remove the app from your timeline and click on it again, the drawing will STILL be there unlike Medibang. The saving system is also user-friendly.

Been using this app to draw which is very fun for a newbie like me, definitely enough functions for me right now. However as a left-handed person, I find some functions are not that user friendly to me. For example if i enter full canvas mode, the quick choosing button for brush/colour/layer is on the left hand side, meaning I cannot use my pencil holding hand to choose the specific details I want. Also when I’m drawing I often accidentally touched the brush column, or interchanged the brush and eraser without noticing. It will be great if we get to choose where we want to put these toolbars around us!

I just found out about this app a few weeks ago so I tried it. So good! I love all sorts of the paintbrushes! One thing I don’t understand is that why can the eraser erase the paint? I’m not saying you should change it, though, because I found it useful. Anyway, I’d like to mention that when I press save artwork to photo gallery, well… it just loads. And then it hangs. And then it loads again. And when it finally finished loading, nothing happens. So I end up taking a screenshot instead(because taking screenshots are EZPZ) soooooo… Yeah. Still, very good app for free!
