PIP function is missing

PIP, split screen and etc function is missing in the latest updates. They are important tool in handling multi-camera view. Please help to fix. Thanks!

Good news! These features are actually still available - just tap on the blue "+" sign in the Sources menu and then choose Multiviews. You'll find all the same multi-view options you've been using from before, we just consolidated the ways to navigate to it. All multi view effects are now managed via the blue "+" menu. Subtitles or Lyrics

Hi it is possible in the future that you can Create subtitles or lyrics same in the screen it’s like when you are watching a praise and worship there is a lyrics full screen and together with the lyrics like OBS because in switcher when you do in multiviews if only two view they become small already so I hope thanks God Bless

Keep on charging without permission

I subscribed at 2018 but decided not to use anymore. I was not able to stop their renewal and said I have agreed to auto renewal when signing up. I have informed them that I don’t need their service since Oct 2018. But they still keep on charging me at 2022 and even refused to refund me USD300! Beware when you download！

They deliberately make the cancellation procedure super trouble and you missed the deadline so that they can keep on charging you without notice. I have emailed their customer service at 2019 and they are still charging me at 2022!

Hi there! We're sorry you don't need our services anymore, but you can cancel at any point. Feel free to contact our Customer Support Team directly at support@switcherstudio.com if you need help canceling or cancel it by following these steps:
1. Log into your Switcher Studio Dashboard using the same email and password you use for the app.
2. Click Subscription in the main menu.
3. Under the Overview section, click Cancel.
4. To confirm the cancellation, click Confirm. You will be able to continue using Switcher Studio until the end of your billing cycle.
