Can’t change the language

I downloaded the app for thee times and it still show me in Japanese. I was wondering what the problem is and have tried to fix it but it seem like I can’t change the language from the app.

A paid service?

I just downloaded it and installed it. The first screen that came up was the payment options after a 30-day free period. I immediately uninstalled it.

I am 80 years old and living on my social security. I get by by not paying for any subscriptions except the cheapest phone service I can use but nothing else.

I wish you luck but without free service you will never get the volume of subscribers you need.

The app stopped when loading my album

So I was trying to reply some post with my pics but when I chose the photo album button the screen just froze and no use tapping on other buttons. Same goes when I was trying to post stories, the camera works but if I wanna choose my pics from album it’s either not working or it’s taking enormous amounts of time to load:( really wanna support u guys from Hong Kong mate
