Cannot proceed to planet 4

Hello developers,

I have been staying on planet 3 for a long time, finishing all the tasks except for “Move to planet 4 of Pionis Galaxy.” But there is no new area open for me to click on the galaxy map. Both “Lava Star Cluster” & “NGC 100 Star cluster” remain nonclickable and I cannot see where I can go next and how much would it cost.

May I ask for support from the developer team? Thank you.

The game can only play 2 planets. It has been more than 2 months and there is no update. It is trying to trick consumers into recharging money. I strongly request that it be removed from the game.
