Help fix the loading.
The app keeps loading whenever I opened the app. I’ve tried uninstalling and redownloading many times but it still gives me the loading sign after each time I signed in. Quitting the app and restarting it doesn’t work as well. Please fix this bug as soon as possible because voting for our dearest bias idols is very important for us and them as well. I don’t mind even if you lengthen the time for watching ads.

It’s great that this app have both Korean and English, which makes international fans have no problem navigating it. It is user friendly, instructions are all clear and easy to understand. Also, love the function that users can gain rubies and stars not only by purchasing them but also through watching ads.
Let’s get started to vote for your Kpop star
Each vote for your Kpop star is very important but it’s hard to get more hearts by doing quizzes and watching ads. Since there are some quizzes are all in Korean and I don’t know why I always can’t watch ads , it said I have watched the max. times but actually that’s my first time .However it’s fun to vote for our star through playing the quizzes .
