Can you tell me why I must have to subscribe the IMOu protect service before I can view the video of my doorbell? Can you tell me why the new version disabled the SD card? I had tried my SD card else where and it work fine but not on your doorbell.
I had bought the main product from you already and you have no right to force me to pay extra in order to use the basic function of my doorbell.
Camera not responsive through WiFi device after v5.5.6
Camera is barely controllable when my app devices (iPhones) are connected with WiFi, while are fine when connected with LTE.
