Poor customer service

I recently had a disappointing experience with Maharaja Mart, and I felt compelled to share my frustrations. The customer service, particularly from one woman, was exceptionally rude. This wasn't my first encounter; previously, I had reserved a ticket but was unable to pay due to an emergency. Instead of understanding my situation, they harshly messaged me, saying I should read the rules more carefully next time. Fast forward to my latest encounter, where she spoke to me in a condescending manner over a mix-up regarding the phone number I used for booking. Regardless of the circumstances, her tone was unprofessional and dismissive. It felt as though she was doing me a favor by allowing me to book the movie at their movie hall rather than providing the service I had paid for. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any customer-facing role, especially in an industry that relies on customer satisfaction. I hope they address these issues soon, as it negatively impacts the overall experience
