Useless App + Crippled Mobile Website = Useless On The Road

The app cannot convert opportunities to projects, cannot reliably link projects to notes, does not sync/cache info consistently if you lose Internet at client sites, have no notification for changes... And then half the website features don't work on mobile - can't create opportunities, can't create projects...

Neither the app nor the website work on mobile. That means that insightly REQUIRES non-mobile device to use. A CRM system is mainly used by salespersons, who by nature work outside of the office most of the time. Yet there is no way to so much as update a sales opportunity on insightly until returning to the office...
