Device Incompactibility

Why did it allow you to purchase data when your device is not able to install eSim? They should have at least explain first that the eSim mobile data cannot be used by all devices. I wasted money purchasing data only to realise my phone doesn’t have eSim. The variety of options and simplicity are great though, too bad I can’t use it.
