map doesn't available after upgrade iOS 14. please fix it

No map covered available and cannot be located Roomba. Please fix it

Cannot monitor Roomba in a different country

It’s noticed that after I chose HK for the app, I could add and control my Roomba in HK with mobile network and see all the working details e.g map. I later bought another Roomba for my parents in China and also add it in the same app, but I can’t connect to it using mobile network. It’s controllable in the same WiFi only and working map can never be loaded.

I made a test in another trip, re-downloading the app and this time choosing China in startup screen. Now I can fully control Roomba in China but the one in HK is no longer connectable using mobile.

This is just absurd... as long as you get Internet connection it should work the same, regardless of what country you selected for the app or where you Roomba is physically located. Please fix this issue. Thanks.

iRobot is a Great Helper

IRobot is a wonderful helper tool, we have adopted it like a member of the family. He works over 10 hours a day as it works diligently around the house exploring new areas to clean. Highly recommend iRobot for any apartment though I feel it performs best in area less than 1,500 square feet.
