Main basic flaw

Just paid for the pro version to get full connection functionality only to discover that although chock full of functions there is one that is lacking, and that is the ability to have audio. A quick check on their website under troubleshooting found out the reason related to problems with licensing DTS? I just paid $78 for this?
The solution is to download 2 more bits of software onto my PC and use a 3rd to decode the file before it can be played with sound on my phone. The instuctions are easy enough, however it is something I have never had to do using other free media players. Looks like I learned and paid for this lesson.

Frustrating

It only works with internet connection. Furthermore, iPad cannot read the iXpand drive directly. I have to move the photo/video files to iPad internal memory if I want to use iPad original apps to read play these photos/videos. What is the point of buying iXpand drive if it really doesn't expand the memory of my iPad!!

Suggestion in subtitle-management: it would b very good when i can have a (minimal)-browser which i can visit/download my own subtitle-websites... Instead of automatic search, what wasn't successful to me!!! (my rate was 0%!!!)
