Later levels too difficult

I genuinely enjoy this game. However, my sole reason playing this game is to kill time when I am waiting or to relax my mind in between work. I am currently at level 12xx and I feel it's getting too difficult to pass a level which defeats the whole purpose of me playing the game. So recently, I play a lot less... hopefully the team would adjust it slightly. While I understand in-app purchase is an essential part of your profit, I hope you can strike a balance between making profit and allowing the players to have an enjoyable time.

No technology support

Cannot login in iPad. Which you app said disconnect to internet shut! And no response from your cs.

From 1 to level 2021, wanna give up now

Played when new level available but now some levels (5 out of 20) are too difficult (not enough move, no hope) to pass. For example, level 2021, too difficult to clear 2 diamond and diamond come after and you keep on moving until no more move, haha it’s crazy. What a game !
