Rubbish App
This App just not working. It only keeps connecting even under very good WiFi network. Please fix the problem immediately.👎👎👎👎👎
POOR connection & login
Almost every time you open up the app when making a purchase it will ask for re-login to load up your profile. An already registered account will be identified as “not registered” when you try to use “forgot password” to retrieve your account access. And when you try to register again it indicated as “existing account”. To go through all this hassle to just make an easy purchase, i will not buy from your store again or please fix it 👎👎👎👎
Rubbish app, Poor CS support
1) there is a very long waiting time for delivery
2) there are a significant amount of items missing from the order ~50%
3) i was never contacted me about the time of delivery 1-2 days before, as CS has promised
4) its extremely difficult to log into the JHC website & app, despite numerous attempts with the correct email/password
