Before I pay for the premium, I still can use it.
After I pay for the premium, I cannot use it suddenly. I even turned off my phone and closed all my apps. Nothing changed.
I can’t even reach to help. What can I do then?

My problem is after opening the apps, I wanted to add an event but I can’t use any button. It’s just hanging there. No matter how many times I have tried.

Is it a bug? I appreciated this application can help me to improve my schedule in an easy way. I can’t accept that I can’t use it when I need it.

1️⃣ Open Jorte → Tap[Settings]→ [Premium]→ Tap [Toolbar Settings]→ Tap [Default Entry Type]→ Select each time
and there is the option [Restore Toolbar to Default Settings], please tap it.

I have been using Jorte calendar for many many years, it’s a fabulous app and I love it. Suddenly I have 6weeks of schedule gone missing, completely blank. May I know what has happened and how can I solve this🙏🏻🙏🏻

Please follow the steps below to confirm the settings and cloud.

1️⃣ Confirm calendar settings
Open Jorte → Click on the [Calendar] in the toolbar → Check the calendars to use

2️⃣ If using other calendars in Jorte (e.g., iOS or Google Calendar):

Open Jorte → Click on [Calendar]→[Add other Services] → Choose iOS or Google Calendar.
Check the calendars to use.

3️⃣ Confirm Calendar Tab:
Open Jorte → Click on [Calendar] → Uncheck all the Calendar Tabs.

4️⃣ Confirm Jorte Cloud Backup :
Log in to Jorte's cloud web version (https://jorte.com) → Click on the [Calendar] icon in the top left corner.
Check the calendars to use and verify the data.
※Jorte cloud does not back up data registered in Google or iOS calendars.
In the Jorte app, Jorte only displays calendar data but does not back it up.
・To confirm Google cloud: https://calendar.google.com
・To confirm iCloud: https://www.icloud.com
・To confirm the iOS calendar app on your phone.

◾️ If you are using the iOS Calendar in Jorte, please follow the steps below to confirm your phone settings and the iOS Calendar app:
1️⃣ Confirm iPhone settings:Open the iPhone's [Settings]→ [Calendar] →Click on [Sync] → [All Events]
2️⃣ Confirm iOS Calendar App:
Open the iOS Calendar App → Click on [Calendars] → Check the Calendars &confirm data

it works well in the past. I have been using this app 6 years ago. but recently it
can't sync with my Google calendar

1️⃣ Please confirm that all data is backed up in Google Calendar Cloud.
Google calendar cloud: https://calendar.google.com
2️⃣ Open Jorte→ Tap into an event you have entered to confirm it is recorded on the Google Calendar.
3️⃣Open Jorte→ Tap [calendar]on the toolbar→TAp the [Setting] icon next to Google Calendar →[Delete Google Service]→ Tap[Add another Services]again → Google Calendar.
