Lack of decorations to buy

I'm on level 58 now and ever since earlier levels, there has not been many new decorations unlocked for purchase. Could you please create more decorations to purchase with coins more frequently between each level? I feel lately i need to fill too many cons just to have a new decoration unlocked. I'm forced to get too many repeat items.

TOO MANY DEJA VUS!!!!!

I love this game but the new memoirs is TOOOOO ANNOYING!!!!! The frequency of deju vus is waaaaaaaay over the top especially for the 4 and 5 star packs. Like I can open 5 packs of these and only 1 new item comes out. It's insanely frustrating, discouraging and honestly so infuriating that it doesn't take long for the player to learn to roll their eyes and ignore this part of the game in order to keep their sanity! Especially how these pack usually come from events which require dedicated playing and spending diamonds to get extra energy. It's not fair to dedicated players!! Either improve the frequency of new items or decrease the frequency of packs but scrap the idea of deja vus altogether. Oh and the idea of items being limited in the deja vu store is really dumb. What most players really want is the energy bars to keep playing to get more packs! So what's the sense in limiting the number of energy bars we can buy???

Poor Support Service

I’m addicted to this game because of the beautiful graphics, but the support service is very poor and disappointing! If you are a player, you should know that you have to gain flowers to go up levels. 1000-flower decoration must not be just one level, there must be some problems counting, because I recently got 2 decorations finished both of 1000 flowers, 1 decoration brought up to 4 levels and another just up to 1 level. I know different levels require different numbers of flowers, but 1000 flowers for just 1 level is obviously a problem! However the Support Service thinks I’m crazy and close my case automatically. They kept saying there’s no problem of their server, but no record can be shown. Very disappointed with this game developer...!
