User-unfriendly point earning system
Rosewood once again let me down on the point earning system. I was not being told about earning K points before entering the Butterfly Room. I just save my points as I used to when shopping in the K-11 etc. My application got rejected because I did not mention to the waitress but so do them! Besides, I once ordered a Napoleon cake through Rosewood online and tried to earn points but any points earning reminder was not mention in the website. Tried to call back Rosewood but given feedback “You chose to order online, it is more user-friendly, so fair enough”. Won‘t come again and will have my app deleted.
Near perfect shopping mall app
Wonderful app by K11! This is an all in one app you will need for the great shopping experience. But the information is too packed and will be perfect if the content can be streamlined.
Binding with phone number
I Can’t understand why registration of the application binding with phone number or email. If I forgot the email used to register why is my number cannot be used to register another account and simple eliminate the previous one. Even register through other social media accounts. It still crush on phone number. And cannot be register as the number is used before. Are you asking me to register anther phone number just because your app?
