Kaiboard 中英混合鍵‪盤‬ 9+

I have been using the keyboard for 6 years, yet suddenly I couldn’t use it on safari so I have reinstalled the app. After reinstalling, I could not restore my purchase of “連打” with the same Apple ID, it said successful but I couldn’t use the function. Please help me solve the problem, I could not live without this keyboard...

As a Chinese having been brought up in Canada, I’m neither completely Chinese illiterate, nor am I capable of Chinese word processing/write Chinese. This is where Kaiboard has miraculously helped me to communicate in Chinese. It allows me to compose by writing, input by stroke, as well as other prominent and widely recognised methods. Its AI even allows you to combine multiple words to suggest phrases and lets you select the characters from a pool of words according to the most commonly used or of the most relevant context. You can even type English on Kaiboard and it will cleverly suggest translated characters that define your English input.

I love this app so much, I bought this iPhone 11 Pro Max so I can use Kaiboard again. It is only available for iOS devices. It’s simply irreplaceable!

Dear developer,
I am a big fan of this app, since I think iPhone 5 era. Even when I lost my Apple ID and had to re-purchase again, I would do so because it was this good and useful.
But recently due the declining quality of iOS keyboard, I also felt the declining quality of Kaiboard.
First at for all, the typing is very inaccurate, I always ended up with 'Thabk yiu' instead of 'Thank You'; 'Tgis os' instead of 'This is', I have to retype so many time;
Secondly, it is the 'scrolling to glide the cursor' feature, this is a very creative and function feature that I hope someday Apple will follow and put it into their core OS. However, I found that the it is not as intuitive as it was. I remembered I could scroll the cursor accordingly, for example, if I scoll 2 key-caps on the Kaiboard, the cursor will glide 2 alphabets. But now the cursor would not move if you scroll too slow even when you scroll across from L-cap to A-cap, the unresponsiveness felt very weird and dump to use.
If possilble please fix these problem.
