A true smart cross platform messenger

I 've been using all types of messengers from apple store and this one is top of all. The best part is that you know the message is delivered / read or unread. It's is really fast and instant. Fully recommend this app if you looking for a messenger over the net. Awesome!!
Search function could be improved as it's a bit difficult to add friends by searching. If it filters the available usernames while searching then it's easy to pick up the person that we want to add. Good job.

7 years user feel disappointed

Like the title I mentioned. I use kik for 7 years now. It had a very clean and simple interface back in the day, which me and my husband are used to love it so much. We used it as our major daily communication app.

And right now it just have ADs all over the app….what’s more annoying? Always have random people live chat pop out!!! Everytime I want to click my husband name and chat. Always have random people pop up above his name!!! And there is no way to stop these people!!!! Recently the app even have problems showing notifications of my husband chat!!!!

If kik wasn’t the first app that I used to talk with my husband and it’s mean so much to me, I think I quit using it long time ago!!!

If the company need to earn money, I understand. I rather paid you some ad free and no random live chat version, so I can keep enjoy using it with my husband. Hopefully you guys will listen!!!!

Really so heart breaking to see this app put more and more random trash to the interface. I still remember the first time I choose to use kik all because it doesn’t have so many junk like the other messaging apps does. The app keep testing the limit of loyal users and I will just see when will I quit using it.
