• How does Laundryheap work?
Simply select the required services and choose the dates for collection & delivery, leaving any additional instructions for the driver. Following this, we’ll take care of everything else with the help of our partner cleaning facilities.
• What is the turnaround time?
For standard laundry and dry cleaning services, we have a monthly average of collecting and delivering within 24 hours. Note* duvet and bulky items may require additional time. We will always do our best to let you know in advance if you have included items that will require a longer processing time, or if there are any delivery changes to your order.
• Where do you clean my clothes?
After your items are collected by our driver, they are taken to one of our local partner facilities. Each order is processed separately - Laundry orders are weighed and cleaned, while all other services are individually itemized and processed.
• Can I provide my own detergent?
At this time, we do not offer the option for customers to provide their own laundry detergent, but please let us know if you are allergic to a certain type so we can make sure to avoid it.
• Do you wash my clothes with other people’s clothes?
Absolutely not. Each order is washed separately so no need to worry about that. Your clothes are safe with us!

Charged for services that I didnt request
I am really disappointed how they actually decide for you what service you need for your laundry. I clearly tagged my laundry bags, one for Wash and the other for Duvet and mattress protector. They ended up charging me for this but also for Cleaning and ironing my bedsheets, which i never asked for. And when complaining to the customer service they just couldnt help me. Very annoying, would definitely not recommend it to anyone.
Well Done with one caveat
The laundry service is really excellent and stains have been removed perfectly
The only thing to mention as a negative is that Time to get the order back changed numerous times….. from the first time around 5:19 until finally the order was delivered around 7:25
So even if I get a message when the driver will arrive it is worthless, because it will change several times thereafter…….. meaning, I am stuck at home for a 3-4 hour window.
If the deop off time could be more accurate, it would definitely help.
But again, that is a minor issue….. all in all a fantastic service
