Easy to use across multiple asean countries

Have been using Lazada several years now. What I like most is how easy it is to switch between countries using same app. Also content is good and deliveries generally reliable. Only minor thing is the excessive packing as every item from different sellers is separately packed which creates a lot of waste. Other than that I am a happy user

Voucher not applied; cart keeps emptying

I went through this cycle 4 times just now: I had collected two Black Friday vouchers promising storewide discounts. But their website makes it impossible to check where they are and whether they've been applied. They keep telling you just to check out first and then they'll apply it. Don't believe them. Secondly, when I got all the way to the checkout page and I went back to edit my cart, it automatically deleted everything from my cart. This happened 4 times. Other terrible UI decisions include changing the locations of the delete button depending on what you're editing in the cart.

Oh and I had wanted to buy SGD$400 worth of stuff on this site; these bugs made me distrust the app so much that I am only buying $200 worth now. Their loss.

While searching for products in redmart section. Once you click in to see the item and click back it starts from all over again, it should start where we stopped searching! Inconvenient to go through the whole list of item from the top again!
