Game keeps crashing

Good game but however I am playing on a more low end device and I keep crashing in during games, I’ve done just about everything: restarting device, updating hardware etc. But I still crash during games multiple times and I EVEN GET COOLDOWNS despite me trying to reconnect as soon as my phone lets me. Riot please allow the game to detect unintentional crashes So I don’t GET HOUR LONG BANS FOR something LITERALLY OUT OF MY CONTROL

Keeps appearing the loading circle

With my iPhone 15 pro and Samsung galaxy S23 ultra, even I reinstalled the game, the wild rift client always delays any button that I pressed. Whenever I press on any button, the loading circle appears and keeps loading for 5-10seconds. I ran the network test and the result is good, no matter on WiFi or data(5G). It is so bad that : when I press “play”, it loads 5-10 seconds to enter the lobby; when match up was done, when I press “ready”, it loads 5-10s to react; and it loads 5-10s to go into the room, and it’s ARAM, within the time given, I need to reroll to get champions I wanted and change the runes/summoner spells/skins, it usually keeps loading when I press one button and didn’t change anything after the loading; after the gameplay, it loads 5-10s to go in the page of end of game performance, and it loads 5-10s to like other players, sometimes it keeps loading several times to successfully like others. It is so frustrating that the client is so broken that it takes so long to load the actions. Please update and improve the app ASAP otherwise I would rather play Arena of Valor.

Trolls every mode every rank NO ESCAPE.

Literally no matter what mode you play, there WILL be trolls. In normal games, 70% players just pick assasins and KEEP DIVING solo - always scattered and refuse to group, feed the same enemies the same way they did over and over again. AND THEN they get MVP for getting 1 or 2 more kills - even though they have most death and ALWAYS result in giving free turrets and objectives to enemy team. In rank games, same story even up to diamond. Spending months to climb up and these trolls keep dragging you down. ARAM or any special event mode - when they don't get the champs they want, they straight up walk into enemies and feed (without any attempt to hide the act and intention). The report / ban / avoid system is abysmal, you'll just get the same cycle of people a few days later. Riot does nothing to fix these issues. They busy counting fat stacks with the $500 USD skin price tag.
