LeanRecord helps shopfloor managers to document trainings and keep their teams up-to-date. Conduct the entire workflow to generate and archive training records:
- choose the person being trained from your list.
- select the appropriate instructions for the accomplished training.
- allow trainer and trainee to review the document and to sign the confirmation.
- save the signed record as PDF to the secure cloud database.
- evaluate the training status of your team based on the training needs of every team member.
- collaborate with colleagues in your organization and grant them roles as admin or trainer.

Team size:
You can use LeanRecord for free with teams up to 9 persons and increase the team size depending on which plan your enterprise has signed up to.

Access:
You need a LeanRecord-account in order to log into the app. It is the same account you use already on your web browser to access the service.

Introduced the "go back" button on the top left corner, when viewing a PDF file. This button is easier and more reliable to operate than the previous method of swiping from left to right with the finger.
