I bought the pro version still can’t view the message

When I press the message button it shows me <error the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format>

Still bad

After updating the app is still not usable since every time I try to use the app on my watch it needs me to log in from the app from my iPhone .....Then what’s the point of using it on my watch. Also it loads things with a very slow speed, it’s like I’m using a 100 years old computer and it kicks me out of the app frequently even though I’m on a series 4 Apple Watch..... It is not worthy to buy the pro version. Please do something....

I have pressed the tips button several times and it has said that I have successfully paid for at least three times and it turned out I can’t really get the pro version…..
