Good riding experience and customer service

Easy to get riding with Lime, also very good customer service with quick and satisfactory response.

Love lime!

Hopefully the price can get cheaper in the future as it costs me $1.60 for 2 mins ride just for 0.2 km :/

App is always bugging out

A lot of the time, the app bugs out and i can’t click anything on the app. it just shows a green dot that loads and that’s it. it seems like it is stuck on something but i don’t know how to fix it. do something about it please.
