Closed Captioning not shown on TV

Why the CC cannot be shown on TV when stream to AppleTV?

Good video quality

To study more efficiently, could all the audio course plays in the endback when i read e-books? Just like listening music in other mobile app / podcast in the phone. Thanks.

Should include quality option

May times I watch the videos, quality is bad, as well the sound. May be it’s my internet problem, but I wish there will be quality options so I can take control of the quality of video.
