People you may know function is disabled with no reason

Hi, the people you may know function is not working for my app, there appears to be no method to turn it back, plus, am find it is difficult to address this issue through your in mobile help desk

Do NOT join Premium account via iTunes

Joined Premium account via iTunes, payment has gone through immediately but four days later the account is still showing as Basic account. Issue was immediately notified to support team, whom advise this is normal if you subscribe through iTunes (never have I purchase a digital subscription where it would take several days to be effective, and there is no compensation for the days lost). Sent several emails to follow up with the team, but they are not responsive, I have been waiting for three days and still receive no positive reply. Very disappointing experience!

I found that if there are many profile information entries , the app is not able to display all of them, for examples : licenses. while the website version is running normal and we are able to see all the things ..
