LogTen Pro version 6 was designed in 2011, and does not run on iOS 11.
This simple app allows your LogTen Pro 6 logbook to be transferred to the latest version of LogTen Pro where you can view and edit your existing entries, generate reports, and more at no charge. To add new flights, and take advantage of all the new features, a subscription will be required.

We're very happy to say we have found a way to engineer a solution for users who upgraded to iOS 11 and were unable to access their logbook anymore. Version 6 was designed in 2011, and does not run on iOS 11. This update provides a simple app that will allow your logbook to be transferred to the latest version of LogTen Pro where you can view and edit your existing entries, generate reports, and more at no charge. Absolutely great app for every pilot. The only negative is the lack of a Windows version.
Great app worth getting
I've been using log pro ten since version 5 , having recently upgraded to version 6,, I have had some problems with moving all the older data over to version 6..
Having said that ,I cannot say enough about the fantastic service that I have received from tech support, they really do live by their
Motto" if you aren't happy we aren't happy " they have been very helpful in sorting out my transition to the latest version
For anyone who is thinking of purchasing this app, read the section regarding aircraft types and how to insert them correctly
Very carefully . If you get it wrong to begin with it is quite difficult to correct later on, so take your time and ensure that it is done correctly. It's not difficult to set up just do some reading first
This is a fantastic app the search functions are amazing . If you need to know how many night hours you have flown on a particular aircraft it takes about 5 seconds to find the answer . The auto night hour function is incredible . Flying from New York to London the program is able to correctly insert the number of daylight vs night hours automatically
It's not a cheap program if you get all 3 versions so is it worth it .? I have to say a resounding yes,!,. I find running a paper logbook is tedious , and I'm afraid that I'm lazy , but having it available in my iPad , I now do keep a meticulous record of flying hours and finding data is very easy
I don't use a number of the functions available such as payment for flight hours because I have no requirement for it but it's available if you need it and it's another great feature
