Good product good app
The app itself is user friendly fast, and stable, functions and site planning are mature.
LookFantastic as a beauty store offers a wide range of product, but some hot selling like the ordinary and NIOD, out of stock quite often just like Boots, but a bit better. Fair price. Just, hoping they will introduce more Japanese skin care and Korean Makeup, and hair dye product as well. As they have more brands concern about the ingredients, safety, and about skin friendly more.

Extremely poor service
The customer service is extremely disgusting. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I have bought my cosmetics products in late nov and they sent me the wrong product.( a setting spray) They insist that i have to return the product in order to receive my correct parcel. However, setting spray is considered as inflammable product and cannot be shipped. I contacted their customer service and they did not reply. Now i have lost a total sum of $2254 plus postal charge.
Their customer service never respond even it is their fault and did not take actions to help the customer.
