Ratings and Reviews
Good , but a little P2W
Ok . IGG . If you see this , please fix many things and bug . Ok . I will talk about the one star you loss . It is the network . I can’t chat with other player . And they often use bad word . And some word like accessory will be blur . And I would like to say that this game is really P2W . If you don’t pay money and be a F2P player . You will be crush by enemy raid . And P2P player get castle 25 with ease and F2P player is almost impossible task to do . And Maintenance always make I fell and be unhappy . It is some waste of my time when I nearly beat 8-18 three star and bomb ! Maintenance . I lost all my progress in 8-18 .
Corrupt Company
Think twice before spending any money on this application. They continually ask for PII information above and beyond what is necessary without explaining why. Then delay support services for months without answering the questions asked. Such as “When and how was an unknown account linked to my account?”. My suspicions are someone internal did it as the game was only linked to my appleid. Potential internal corruption with modifying in game linked accounts. The so called investigation team provides vague answers to questions that were not even asked then cut and pasted the same answer when you ask for clarification and answers to the original question. They do not help discover the criminal activity but cover it up. They are now asking me to provide them every city with date and time of I have visited since the installation of the app, which was back in 2019. This is not only impossible, but I think illegal. When good customer support agents understand the issue and are willing to assist, they rotate them out. Dangerous company to spend any real money on. I will raise a formal complaint to apple as well to ban them from App Store.
Multi-Nationally Fun
I just love this game and how you can play with others and not be kicked out because you don’t speak the language, all thanks to a translate feature in the game chat. I just wish they introduce some new characters, it is getting a bit boring only fighting with the same characters. Good job creating new R&D power ups, but the strategy of different characters are lacking and is over powered by big spenders.
