Fail for login after the apps updated

In the past, I was registered email for my login info, unfortunately after the app updated then my login info is now invalid that causing me failed for login into the app successfully. Pls follow up and assist on fixing this issue urgently. Kindly connect me on how to settle this case from the above listed reasons.

Pathetic Upgrade

I am currently a member and I couldn’t log back in after the recent upgrade. It keeps telling me that my mobile number is not a registered member. However I could still receive email regarding points being added towards my account on my spending.

Login problem with the current app
