Can never create a new password that fits

No rules provided for creating a new password that fits their requirements, only said “invalid” after entering. Tried certain times with the combination of uppercase, lowercase, symbols, etc. All failed. Wonder how one can even successfully registered. Time wasting.

Fail to register

When I try to register as a new member, it kept saying that I don't have network connection! But I was using whatsapp at the same time! The network is totally well connected! And this situation kept for whole day and now still cannot register! So I lose the point I originally can get!
Please fix it!

Mandatory personal photo upload

How come a simple membership card requires personal photo upload? It really doesn’t matter as long as the app are bounded to phone number. The only reason I could think of is the use for 3rd party use or other activities which are NOT related to membership benefits.
